EaseTheBizz helps customers with documentation, applications, and filing-related work. However, final approval is given by the concerned government or regulatory authority. Processing time, approval, rejection, objections, additional documents, and other requirements are decided by the relevant authority.
For example, company name approval, Private Limited Company registration, GST registration, trademark registration, and other applications may require approval from the concerned department.
Government rules, fees, forms, and procedures can also change. Therefore, we cannot promise a particular approval, result, or processing time.
Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duty, MCA filing fees, DSC charges, name reservation fees, and third-party charges are separate from our professional fee. If any such amount has already been paid or incurred, it will generally not be refundable.
If a Private Limited Company Registration package specifically offers a refund when the proposed company name is not approved, the refund will be provided according to the terms of that package.
Where applicable, the refund will generally cover the eligible professional fee only. Government fees, statutory charges, DSC charges, stamp duty, & other expenses already incurred will not be included.
A refund may not apply if the name is rejected because the customer provided incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information or documents.
A delay, objection, resubmission request, or rejection by MCA or another government authority does not automatically make a customer eligible for a refund when the agreed service work has already been completed. Government processing and decisions are outside our control.
For a refund request, customers should contact the EaseTheBizz support team with their order details, payment details, and reason for requesting the refund. The request will be checked according to the service purchased and the terms mentioned on this page.If a refund is approved, it will normally be sent through the original payment method. The time taken to receive the amount can depend on the payment gateway or bank.
We try to keep the information on our website accurate and updated. However government rules, fees, forms and procedures can change.We cannot guarantee a fixed processing time or approval from a government or regulatory authority.If an authority asks for additional documents or corrections, the customer may need to provide them so that the process can continue.

EaseTheBizz will not be responsible for losses caused by government delays, application rejection, changes in government rules, incorrect information supplied by the customer, technical problems, or situations outside our reasonable control.
Where liability applies under law, it will generally be limited to the professional fee paid for the concerned service, subject to applicable law.
We may suspend or stop providing services where a customer provides false information, misuses the website, engages in fraudulent activity, violates these Terms and Conditions, or uses the website for an unlawful purpose.
If you notice misuse of the website, unauthorized activity, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions, you can contact our support team and report the matter.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to our website or services will be handled under the applicable jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
